The File for Washingtonian v. Pearson, decided by the U.S. Supreme Court in 1939 (306 U.S. 30). This combines the version of the casefile which has long been available on microfilm with an expanded version held by the U.S. Copyright Office, which was gracious enough to let me photograph the volume. For those who don't know, the case is about whether a registration for copyright is valid if not filed immediately after publication.
